As a kid I was fascinated by science in general and the weather in particular. Armed with my improvised low tech weather station and a Sager Weathercaster, I was pretty much ready to take on the world.

Fast forward to today where you can order just about anything online, I only recently realized that sophisticated weather stations beyond my wildest dreams were only a couple clicks away. I clicked, I did my part to stimulate the economy and, the result was very gratifying.

For no practical reason whatsoever, I've put the station online and linked it to the Citizen's Weather Observer Program.
